INSTRUCTIONS:
The meditation lasts one hour and has four stages.
The meditation is over when you hear three gong beats.
First Stage: 15 minutes Be loose and let your whole body shake, feeling the energies moving up from your feet. Let go everywhere and become the shaking. Your eyes may be open or closed.
Second Stage: 15 minutes Dance – any way you feel, and let the whole body move as it wishes. Your eyes may be open or closed.
Third Stage: 15 minutes Close your eyes and be still, sitting or standing – witnessing whatever is happening inside and out.
Fourth Stage: 15 minutes Keeping your eyes closed, lie down and be still.
Note: In the fourth stage you may choose to remain sitting if you wish.
INSTRUCTIONS:
The meditation session is a total of one hour and has five individual stages. It is best to keep your eyes closed in this meditation, especially if participating with others. Blindfolds can be helpful too!
Stage 1: 10 minutes Using irregular and quick breathes through the nose, in and out, breathe with your whole body. Stoke the flames of the fire inside you with intensity and focus and keep building and building. Let all parts of you engage in this!!!
Stage 2: 10 minutes Using all that buildup from stage 1, UNLEASH EVERYTHING! Kick, scream, cry, laugh….. let out all those feelings you have built up and stored in your body. Let loose and become a version of yourself you had not known; raw in your feeling. Sometimes its hard to get started so just fake it to get started and before you know it the real feelings will emerge. Shake and scream and cry it out and be free. Fly.
Stage 3: 10 minutes With your arms raised above your head jump up and down and shout the mantra “Hoo! Hoo! Hoo!” each time you jump and land. Channel your energy into the sacral chakra.
Stage 4: 15 minutes Freeze. Do not move a muscle…. stay exactly as you were in the previous stage but as a statue. Watch and witness within. Your alertness will peak at this moment.
Stage 5: 15 minutes Dance and engage in the love of life. Let your body flow 🙂 You are happy now and your day will be lighter.
